It’s kind of intriguing how with the help of science and technology, people have invented wearable cooling gadgets and clothing to keep us cool in extremely hot temperatures. However, you cannot wear all sort of cooling clothes when you are traveling. For hiking or sports workouts under the sun, you may carry those bulky cooling clothing that requires the use of a freezer. It’s okay to use things that way. How to Use Cooling Towel
Water is basically the actual thing with the help of which the cooling towel keeps the temperature lower.

Finally, just drape the wet cooling towel around your shoulder or neck and start the day. Throughout the day, you can keep the towel on your hairline, drape it over your legs, arms; the water may evaporate but the water vapor generated from the towel will keep your skin feel cooler.
After a couple of hours, the wet towel may feel a bit dry as it has lost most of its water. Replenish the towel with a faucet at a sink or with the water bottle you have. It will be cool to use over again.
